Summit CPA Review ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Grace Tjiptadjaja. This policy explains what information we collect through summitcpareview.com, why, and how it's handled.
We use this information to: create and secure your account; process and manage your subscription and billing; respond to inquiries; send opt-in product updates; save your study progress; and understand aggregate site usage so we can improve the content and experience.
Accounts, login, and session management are handled by Supabase, which stores your email and authentication data to keep you signed in. A short-lived session token is also stored as a cookie in your browser so our servers can confirm you're signed in when you view subscriber-only content.
Subscriptions, the 7-day free trial, and billing are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your payment details directly; we only receive your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription IDs, which we store to keep your account entitlement in sync.
If you opt in to our email list, we store your email address to send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time; instructions are in every email, or you can email us directly.
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data under Google's Privacy Policy; we do not use it for advertising. If you log in or subscribe, we also set a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and let our servers verify subscriber access. The Learn dashboard stores your study progress in your browser's local storage rather than on our servers. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information for advertising purposes.
We share information with the following service providers, each of which processes it under its own privacy policy: Stripe (payments/subscriptions), Supabase (accounts/authentication/database), Google Analytics (site analytics), Netlify (hosting and serverless functions), and Ko-fi (tip/support links, if used). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Account, subscription, and billing data is retained for as long as your account exists (and as needed to meet accounting/legal obligations after cancellation). Contact-form submissions and newsletter opt-ins are retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
