About Summit CPA Review

Grace Tjiptadjaja is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California. Summit CPA Review provides educational CPA Exam-prep materials only and does not provide individualized accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. Summit CPA Review itself is an independent exam-prep resource, not a licensed CPA firm.

Educational Purpose Only

All content on this site, including notes, practice questions, and study guides, is provided for educational exam preparation purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.

No Affiliation

Summit CPA Review is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the AICPA, NASBA, Prometric, Becker CPA Review, UWorld Roger CPA, Gleim, Surgent CPA, Wiley CPAexcel, or any state board of accountancy. CPA Exam® is a registered trademark of the AICPA.

No Guarantee of Passing

We make no representation or guarantee that use of our materials, notes, or practice questions will result in a passing score on the CPA Exam or any other examination. Exam results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own study effort. Founder scores and personal exam results referenced on this site are individual results and not a guarantee of your outcome.

Content Accuracy

REG content is written to reflect current U.S. federal tax law and the AICPA CPA Exam Blueprints at the time of publication. Tax law changes frequently, and CPA Exam rules, blueprints, and testing-day procedures can change. Always verify current exam-day rules with Prometric, NASBA, or the AICPA, and current tax rules with the IRS or a licensed CPA. We are not responsible for errors resulting from law or exam-policy changes after publication.

Subscription Plans, Free Trial & Billing

Summit CPA Review is offered as a recurring digital subscription that unlocks the full study library across all six CPA Exam sections. Two plans are available:

New and eligible subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial period ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the plan price you selected; billing then continues automatically each month or year until you cancel. The free trial is available once per customer/account; returning subscribers who have already used a trial are not entitled to another free trial.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account or the billing portal. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the current paid billing period (or, if you cancel during your free trial, through the end of the trial). Cancellation does not retroactively refund amounts already billed.

Refunds & Charges in Error

Charges already billed are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-period refunds for early cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, billed after a trial you canceled on time, or charged twice — email summitcpareview@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it and issue a correction or refund if warranted.

Account Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access to paid content requires an active, trialing, or otherwise current subscription tied to your account; access ends when your subscription is canceled, expires, or lapses due to a failed payment, subject to any grace period Stripe applies to payment retries.

Digital-Content License

All notes, practice questions, study materials, and other content on this site are the original work of Summit CPA Review and are protected by copyright. Materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial exam preparation use only, for as long as you maintain an active subscription (or, for free-preview content, on an ongoing basis). You may not:

Intellectual Property

Summit CPA Review, its logo, and all original notes, mnemonics, practice questions, and site content are the intellectual property of Summit CPA Review. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

Limitation of Liability

Summit CPA Review is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content, including but not limited to exam failure, lost study time, or reliance on content that has become outdated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
